Check out my write up in Edible New Hampshire on The Old Ferry Landing’s fried clams!
You sit overlooking the Piscataqua and tugboats, a cool breeze is blowing on a hot summer day. Your friendly and familiar waitress brings over your long awaited clams which are brought in fresh daily. They are lightly fried, but not greasy, with the perfect amount of crisp. The bellies are plump and perfect with our daily homemade tartar sauce and a squeeze of lemon. A feeling of overwhelming satisfaction hits you and immediately you feel that summer has arrived.
Now go get yourself and enjoy some before summer is over!
