Classic Pad Thai How-To Video

When I was in Thailand I tried the Pad Thai everywhere I went.  It was so cheap and delicious I couldn’t resist!  The company that I traveled with, TruTravels , posted this classic Pad Thai video (recipe and written instructions at end) so I had to share.  Enjoy!
