20 Minute Kettlebell Workout

Spring in New England.  Great time to go outside and get some fresh air, go for a run and hit a couple tennis balls around.

Or not.  One day it was 70 degrees out and the next day it was 30 degrees.  Not wanting to leave my house but still wanting to get in some exercise, I found this great workout using the 15 lb kettlebell my dad got me for Christmas (random gift).

There are so many online workouts/circuits that it can sometimes be overwhelming to find one to try.  I found this workout on Fitwirr; check out their site!

PS: Research shows that you can burn up to 270 calories from doing this workout.  Sign me up!  I think I will go do it right now…
