I forget how I found out about these; it may have been from some in-store browsing, or maybe from the Hungry Girl e-mails that I get (GREAT website!), but I discovered Flatouts. They can be used for wraps, pizzas, on salads and much more! They have a few different kinds, but all taste pretty good. The ones pictured below are only 90 calories (2 WW points!) It is a great way to get your pizza fix without all the carbs!
Flatout Bread – Better Than Sliced Bread – Low Carb, High Fiber …
As mentioned, one of my favorite things to do with these bad boys are little pizzas. Simple, yummy and does not take long at all.
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Put flat on the rack alone for about 6-8 minutes until it is firm (if you picked it up, it wouldn’t bend anymore)
Take it out, and add your toppings! You can really put anything. Some of my favorite things to add are cheese (obv), onion, scallions, garlic, pesto, artichokes, roasted red peppers, bell peppers, pepperoni; the list really does go on!

Let me know how yours turn out!
