When I lived at home, my mom could buy this frozen Chicken Piccata from BJs (Costco) and it was amazing! It was seriously better than any kind that I have had made from scratch. All you do is heat it up in the microwave and serve alone, over pasta etc. so it is very easy. After I moved out to CA, I thought that I should buy some. My mom informed me that she could only find it had wholesale clubs and that the regular supermarket did not carry it. Since I do not have a family of my own, or much space in my apt, having a membership to one of these places seems kind of unnecessary.
Luckily, one of my friends has a membership and gave me her card. She is also blonde and said it wouldn’t be an issue if I paid in cash. I ventured over to Costco one day after work and was overwhelmed! I kept wanting to buy things but knew I didn’t have room for them or that they would go bad because I couldn’t eat that much. I do love the samples there though; it’s like a full meal! Anyway, I found the goods. It was in a box a little bigger than the one that she buys, but I was pretty sure it was the same stuff. The brand is Michael Angelo’s. You can bake it, or like me, because my boyfriend was hungry, pop it in the microwave. I served it over angel hair with a mixed greens salad and it was delicious! So easy and quick, which is always nice. I found another lady that blogged about her love for it as well! —> Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Meals : Italian Gourmet Family Meals …
Find it by you! Store locator: www.MichaelAngelos.com.
(I put in my zip code and apparently the grocery store, a 2 minute walk from my house, carries this! Will have to check it out this week!)

My Boston-based sister raves about that particular chicken picatta. She made it for me once when I visited and it was delicious!
Maybe it’s more popular on the East coast? Good to know you can get it everywhere though!
Hey there would you mind letting me know which web host you’re utilizing? I’ve loaded
your blog in 3 different browsers and I must say
this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you
recommend a good internet hosting provider at a reasonable price?
Kudos, I appreciate it!
I just use WordPress, is that what you are referring to?
