Whenever my best friend Jenn and I go out to eat our eyes immediately skim the menu to see if they have spinach and artichoke dip. I can’t even begin to count how many different dips we have tried! We always split it as an appetizer (unless we are being healthy, then we just roll our eyes at each other and agree we probably should skip it.)
I was looking through Pinterest looking at all the dips I have pinned so I could make a Thanksgiving appetizer, and I came across this Copycat Applebees S&A Dip Recipe that Budget Savvy Diva posted! I knew I had to give it a try since that place makes an amazing dip. It came out really yummy and even my boyfriend, who claimed he didn’t like S&A dip, was loving it. We even heated up the leftovers the next day and it was still good. I served it with toasted french bread pieces that I cut up and baked with a spray of olive oil. Would also be good with the colored corn chips so you actually feel like you are at Applebees (not that you want to feel like you are at Applebees, but you get what I mean.)
